Kristine Konruff has been an IBMYP Language and Literature teacher at Roy Martin Middle School since 2005 and has seen the IB program grow in both her school and in Clark County. In trying to apply the IB philosophy to her craft of teaching, she has taken advantages of multiple trainings over the years. In addition to being an enthusiastic IB educator, Kristine has been a yearbook advisor since she started teaching in 1997, so it is not unusual to see her walking around taking pictures. Having always lived in the West, Kristine earned her B.S. in Secondary English Education from Utah State University and her M.A. in Reading from Grand Canyon University. Kristine taught high school English in rural Nevada for seven years before moving to Las Vegas, and she still has an affinity for endless desert views and small-town living.
